We DO NOT provide: • Personalized financial advice. • Specific investment recommendations. • Portfolio or asset management. • Performance or profit guarantees. Trading and investing in financial markets involve significant risks, including the possible total loss of invested capital. Past results do not guarantee future results. Each person is responsible for their own investment decisions.

To access certain services, you will need to create an account by providing truthful and complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. • All activities that occur under your account. • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms or show suspicious activity.

• Prices for our courses and services are expressed in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and include VAT where applicable. • Payment must be made in full before accessing course content. • We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Refund Policy: • You have 7 calendar days from purchase to request a full refund if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. • After this period or if you have accessed more than 20% of the content, refunds will not be granted. • Refund requests must be sent to: reembolsos@dexlento.com

All content available on dexlento.com and in our courses, including but not limited to: texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, educational materials, software, and their compilation, is the property of Dexlento S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws. It is not permitted to: • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without written authorization. • Use our content for commercial purposes. • Share login credentials or course materials with third parties. • Record, capture, or reproduce live sessions.

When using our services, you agree to: • Use the services only for legal and educational purposes. • Not share false or misleading information. • Respect other users and Dexlento staff. • Not attempt to access systems or data without authorization. • Not use robots, scrapers, or other automated means. Non-compliance may result in the suspension or cancellation of your account without the right to a refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law: • Dexlento will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. • Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. • We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. • We are not responsible for investment decisions you make based on our educational content.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
